We have amended our operating procedures, in response to COVID-19, to ensure our guests are safe and protected throughout their home spa & massage experience.

For Our Service Providers:
Covid-19 Vaccination
Fully vaccinated 2 doses.
Negative AKT test (the result must be within e days)
Recovery from Covid-19 symptoms at least 3 months with negative test.
Symptom-free
Providers have not travelled from red or the highest restricted zone within the last 30 days
Providers have not travelled from abroad within the last 30 days
Providers do not experience any symptoms related to COVID-19: high temperature > 37.3c , cough, sore throat, lose or change sense of smell, within the last 30 days
Trained with COVID-19 Safety Standard programmed for at-home massage delivery service.
Report the body temperature check everyday.
Wear face mask and visor during the whole session and during commuting.
Provide fresh, laundered linens that are sanitized with hypochlorite 6% or hydrogen peroxide 5%
Wash hands before physical contact with client, upon arrival and beginning of service
Place used linens immediately into a separate compartment or sealed plastic bag after the session is complete
For Our Clients:
Do NOT book a session if :
You and your family members have travelled from red zone or the highests restricted area within the last 30 days
You and your family members have travelled internationally within the last 30 days
You and your family members are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19: high temperature > 37.3c , cough, sore throat, lose or change sense of smell, withing 30 days
When you book a session, please:
Covid-19 Vaccination
Fully vaccinated 2 doses. Or
Vaccinated 1 dose with negative AKT test (the result must be within 7 days)
Recovery from Covid-19 symptoms at least 3 months with negative test.
Fill out and online Covid-19 Self-Assessment Form prior to a booking
Wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth at all times during your service and have a hand towel ready to sneeze or cough into
Provide a kitchen sink, powder room, or bathroom for the therapist to wash his/her hands
Shower or wash hands before your appointment
Avoid conversation or shake hands if it’s possible
